Who we are

yogone.in and the YogOne app are operated by YogOne Private Limited (“YogOne”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the website and every service booked through it. By creating an account, signing in or booking a session you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians may book sessions for minors and remain responsible for them during sessions.

Your account and sign-in

You can sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP), your email and password, an emailed code, or your Google account. Please keep access to your phone, email and password secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Never share an OTP with anyone; YogOne staff will never ask for it.

Our services

YogOne offers personalised yoga, therapeutic yoga, prenatal and postnatal programs, fitness and wellness programs, corporate wellness and retreats — at your home, live online or at a YogOne studio, as shown for each program.

Sessions are delivered by certified trainers engaged by YogOne. We match trainers to your needs and may change your trainer when needed, with notice to you.

Free consultations

Consultations are free, last about 30 minutes and can be booked at home, online or at the studio where available. A consultation does not oblige you to purchase a program.

Bookings, prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; YogOne does not store your card or bank details.

A paid booking is confirmed only after the payment is verified by our servers. Unpaid bookings hold your chosen time for a short period and are then released.

Each program booking includes the number of sessions stated on the program page. Your trainer will schedule the remaining sessions with you.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session from your dashboard. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Home sessions

Please provide an accurate address, a safe and clear space, and let us know about pets or access arrangements. Trainers may decline or end a session if they feel unsafe or are treated disrespectfully; such sessions are not refundable.

Online sessions

You need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and enough space to practise safely. Sessions are not recorded unless you and your trainer agree in advance.

Health and safety

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity. Please consult your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a medical condition, and tell your trainer about any health concerns before each session. Stop and tell your trainer if anything causes pain or discomfort.

YogOne programs complement but do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from members and trainers alike. We may suspend or close accounts involving harassment, abuse, fraud or misuse of the service.

Intellectual property

The YogOne name, logo, website, app, program content, photographs and materials are owned by or licensed to YogOne Private Limited. You may use them only for your personal practice and may not copy, record, resell or distribute them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YogOne Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
